This role is to provide assistance to EUS with all onboarding activities for a new hire agent and welcome the new hire to Alorica. Responsibilities will include; but are not limited to packing equipment, cleaning setup areas, organizing equipment and welcoming the new hire to Alorica. Job Functions: • Escort new hire to equipment staging area • Clean equipment staging area • Organize components used for new hire deployments • Pack equipment for transport/shipping • Load packed equipment into vehicle (ability to lift 40lbs) • Log/track all new hires that pick-up equipmentQualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma or GED - required • Technical - Use standard software, hardware & technology of work unit - basic OTHER INFORMATION (Skills and Abilities) • Communication • Empathy • Collaboration • Competence • Integrity • Organization EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER VETERANS/DISABLED
