Variety of tasks, culinary as well as management
Three years cooking experience, minimum
One year management experience, minimum
Ability to properly train auxiliary staff for best results in minimum time
Ability to maintain order and discipline in kitchen during working hours
Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
