Flag Landscaping is looking to hire a LONG TERM YEAR-ROUND maintenance and construction specialist for landscaping, snow removal, and Christmas lighting. Unlike many construction, painting, or landscaping companies we have been able to diversify our winter work with snow removal and holiday lighting to help keep employees steady during the slow months. We strive to create a work environment that stands out from the rest. We do 1 on 1 meetings with all our employees on a weekly basis, company trips and regular social activities, community service, send employees to training outside of Flagstaff, and do a yearly Lake Powell trip. At Flag Landscaping, we hire for people not the position. Meaning we train and promote internally. Therefore experience is not critical, but instead a solid work ethic and positive attitude.

Need to have FULL TIME availability, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
