CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MARTIAL ARTS SUPPLY COMPANY

E-commerce martial arts supply company near Arizona State University is looking for someone to join the team. We are a small team of very friendly employees who work closely together and need to find someone who is just the right fit.

This is an entry level position that would consist of mostly handling customer service and shipping orders, but could lead into a much more important role in the company. We need a full-time employee who can work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (no weekends).

Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable on the phone. We are looking for someone who has a good phone voice, enjoys talking with people and has a great sense of humor.

- Strong Grammar Skills. This is extemely important for writing emails to customers as well as other tasks within our company.

- Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.

- We need someone who is good at multi-tasking without getting flustered.

- High Attention to Detail.

- Must be in good physical condition - The job requires bending, standing for long periods of time, and occassional (but very rare) heavy lifting (40+ lbs.).

- Smoking is not allowed on-site or at the workplace. Some of the employees choose to Vape.
