Title: QE Program/Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite from Day 1 Required Experience/Skills: - 12-15 years of test team management experience - Excellent knowledge of creating test cases and test reports - Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira - Decent experience of working with source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket etc - Good communication and articulation skills - Hands-on experience using Selenium - Experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes - Experience in developing test strategies and leading all aspects of software testing and defect management - Effective written skills and ability to document automation, test harnesses, coding principles & standards
