job summary:Job Description:"Responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. The primary focus of these positions is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge, although they may have technical team members.Job Duties:

Minimum Experience:

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology
• Experience facilitating
• Proven ability to handle / resolve conflict
• Ability to manage frequent change
• Project administration
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• MS Office experienced user
• Experience building project schedules
• Quick learner
• Domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, banking, investments, financial planning, or life insurance/annuities
• Ability to identify and facilitate quick resolution of issues
• Experience forecasting project spend and schedule based on earned value
• Experience reporting project status to stakeholders
• Ability to identify and facilitate quick resolution of issues
• Experience leading large efforts or teams
• Formal leadership training
• Process improvement experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Manage collective projects and project managers to attain company goals.
• Familiarity with Artemis or other project management software.
• Project Management Professional Designation.
• Experience with industry software development methodologies.
• Agile Project Management training."
