Position Summary

The bartender role is to ensure that every guest is served in a friendly and professional manner. This includes greeting and engaging the guests and processing guest orders through the POS system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the guest is always held as the most important priority

Warmly greet the guest making eye contact and smiling

Take the order listening closely to ensure every order is entered in the POS system accurately

Check guest’s identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages

Collect payment from the guest

Make all drinks for the guests

Opening and closing duties

Maintain stock levels and cleanliness throughout the shift

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Alcohol knowledge

Previous bartender or server experience

Must be friendly and guest service oriented

Ability to communicate effectively

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency

Ability to work in a team environment

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work during our business hours
