Customer Service Representative/Office Position-South Phoenix

Searching for a dependable, honest individual who is bilingual (English/Spanish) and adaptable in a fast-paced wholesale flower and plant environment.

Schedule ranges from:

Summer: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am - 11:00am (Saturday)

Fall: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am - 11:00am (Saturday)

Mandatory Friday staff meetings 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm (every week)

40 hours guaranteed per week, with Overtime available

Depending day and season, position hours change. OVERTIME is a definite. After 90 day review, wage increase based on performance.

Duties include customer service, answering phones, data entry, printing labels, maintaining a tidy work environment, dispatching and other general office duties as assigned. Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We will be happy to teach you everything there is to know.
