If you are passionate and driven to figure out novel challenges and do your best every day - you will like our environment!PLC Programmer Qualifications We have next generation, novel equipment that needs a skilled PLC programmer to make it run at optimal performance. You will work with our manufacturing and Instrument Controls team to code for unique and varied applications. Training will start with the shop and out in field, but as you get to know our systems you will be able to drive the coding from home. This is a challenging and rewarding position that takes you outside of the world of routine PLC programming and lets your skills shine. Are you up to the challenge?As our team expands this role will also have expanded leadership responsibilities - mentoring others in the department and supervising their activities.Preferred key skills listed in order of importance: Minimum 5 years background in PLC programming. Background working on process oriented project like water, wastewater, or manufacturing. Experience with Schneider or Allen Bradley PLCS. Structured Text experience is a plus. Experience working with Ignition Scada. Experience with SCADA development. Experience working on software documentation and planning.Additional high value but non critical qualifications: Background in instrumentation & controls. Electrical background. IT background. Involvement in manufacture or equipment startup. Process operations experience. Experience working with Linux.
