PT/OT needed for private assisted living home. Resident is declining physically and having difficulty transferring safely with staff assistance. He is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury 30 years ago. We also would like suggestions of medical equipment that would be beneficial to him considering his limitations. He is on UHC (ALTCS) but could pay privately for a period of time if you don't accept that insurance. We are looking for an in-home therapist.
