A high-tech commercial banking company is looking to hire a Senior Solution Architect to join their team as they undergo a major transformation to shift towards modern cloud-based solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will partner with the marketing team and be a key contributor on architectural governance and decisions related to various projects. In collaboration with other architects in the organization, you will have the opportunity to research and identify the optimal technology stack while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate for this role has a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and knowledge of security and privacy concepts are a plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of solution architecture experience
• AWS cloud experience and/or knowledge
• Experience interacting with senior leadership (C-suite)
• Understanding of the business and product aspects of the credit world
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
• Professional experience with architectural patterns, building APIs and microservices
• Experience architecting highly scalable and reliable back-end systems
• Experience and/or knowledge of consumer banking and marketing
