Preference given to candidates residing in Atlanta, GA or Boston, MAThe Strategy and Program Development Director is responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance.

Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.

Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans.

Lead components of organizations overall Cost of Care Strategy initiative

Work closely with key business and IT leaders to design use cases, proof of concept(s), and IT solutioning in support of CoC initiatives

Unify, project, and present the aggregate CoC strategy to key stakeholders and potentially C-suite executives

Qualifications Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years of related strategic planning, project and program management experience with knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry; 5 years of experience in a senior management position; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Ability to travel may be required.

Superior presentation skills to include crafting executive level PPTs

Ability to synthesize and distill large volumes of information into clear, concise, yet impactful messaging around concepts, ideas, and strategies

10+ years of health care experience, preferably in the Cost of Care Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial space

Strong consensus building skills
