Applicant Expectations

- Perform all necessary tasks to install new flooring, including proper prep, tear out, moving furniture if needed, and install baseboards with a focus on quality.

- Knowledge of different types of flooring

- Have basic tools to perform all necessary installations

- Hardworking and dependable

- Safety Minded

- Team player

- Possess a valid California driver’s license

- Pass a background check.
