Bucking & Harvest Assistants Pay Rate: $13.50 hr. for the first 30 days. $14 for the following 60 days. After the 90-day probationary period is complete, team members are eligible for a potential pay increase based on performance. Hours: Full or part time seasonal work available. Hiring is based on a 30-day probationary period. Department: Processing Reports to: Production Assistant

Summary:

Culture Management holds multiple cannabis licenses in Northern CA. We strive to foster a team atmosphere throughout the organization which has and will continue to help us navigate through the always changing cannabis industry supply chain. Culture Management currently has a position available in its Production Department which holds Micro-Business and Processing Licenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Separate Cannabis flower from the stalk efficiently and meticulously to ensure adequate processing, storing, and sorting of cannabis.

Buck buds carefully and quickly to meet daily/weekly quotas.

Must be able to identify molds, mildews, bugs, viruses, etc. to prevent batch contamination.

Must be able to adapt to different bucking styles and speeds depending to meet production and market needs

Able to follow directions for different strains to ensure jobs are done correctly.

Clean and maintain tools and workspace to keep a clean work environment.

Must be able to adapt to hourly projects as they arise (i.e. inventory, cleaning, etc)

Must be able to communicate effectively through emails and/ or text messages.

Must be comfortable working next to others and be respectful of fellow team members workspace/environment

Must conduct oneself professionally and with discretion at all times

Perform additional duties as needed.

Work is conducted in a sober environment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit/stand while performing repetitive motions for extended periods of time

Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds at a time

Must show up to scheduled shifts on time and consistently

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous cannabis experience preferred (2 years)

Meticulous attention to detail

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
