Repair, maintain, upgrade, and install computers and related peripherals.
Provide technical support to users as needed.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, and monitor system security, backup, and virus protection. Coordinate technology needs and support with outsourced vendors.
Assist Information Systems Manager in researching, planning and implementing new technologies.
