No need to worry about cash flow or lack of amazing benefits!Job DetailsTHE ROLE - The DevSecOps Engineer is tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining the globally available and high-volume architecture on which our services are deployed. This role is tasked with leading the security strategy governing the application and its cloud-based platform infrastructure. This person is responsible for bringing forth unique/innovative solutions to challenging problems and owns them from ideation through implementation and maintenance. Additionally, this is an engineering position responsible for identifying and recommending technologies and solutions across the Victor product suite.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Help recruit a high performing cloud operations team to design, implement, and operate our infrastructure
• Build and maintain an AWS cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance, and resilience
• Assess architectures and designs for security vulnerabilities and suggest and implement proper strategies
• Develop processes that produce artifacts in support of security and compliance requirements/audits
• Inform critical decisions regarding software technology selection, balancing features and operational priorities, and setting high standards for quality and on-time delivery
• Aid in the design and development of API first, services/microservices oriented architecture which can scale, is resilient, performant, and secure
• Develop future-ready, high quality, highly-performant, scalable, and redundant server infrastructure
• Performs root cause analysis, efficient production support, and maintenance/enhancements for existing applications
• Support security, sales, and compliance teams as needed to ensure our platform meets expectations for our audits, clients, and regulatory bodies

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE -

• 8-10 years experience with both front-end and back-end exposure
• A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or any other related field preferred
• Have deep architectural knowledge of programming, design principles, and data structures. Adaptable to changing architecture and new technologies.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms within Fintech or financial services
• Have experience with distributed and big data computing technologies and Platforms
• AWS Serverless architecture experience
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with database security
• Experience with penetration testing and SOC2 compliance
• Competence with building and deploying code through CI/CD as a containerized workload
• Knowledge of building and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
• In-depth knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks and secrets management
