Front Office secretary position available

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Onsite position only - no remote access

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Performing general office clerical duties.

Answer inbound telephone calls and enter customer orders.

Scanning/Coping/Filing,

Qualifications:

Responsible, reliable, honest, ethical and friendly

Highly organized

Personable. You must be able to communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and clients.

Excellent comprehension and proofreading skills.

Ability to multitask.

Must know Excel, Outlook, WordQuickbooks would be a plus
