Resident Manager

Duties:

Redding CA area apartment complex in need of an experienced On-site Resident Manager. Duties include, but not limited to, tenant income certification, rent collection, showing units, application processing, move-in and move-out inspections, lease signing, receiving and reporting maintenance requests, drafting and distributing notices as needed, daily property inspections. Also on call duty one week out of every four.

Skills:

Computer competence and knowledge of basic office procedures.

Organized and detail oriented a necessity.

Self-starter and motivated.

Ability to be assertive and is not afraid of confronting a tenant when necessary

Knowledge of Tax Credit & Rural Development projects a plus.

Compensation:

A competitive annual salary plus free rent and utilities. Also company retirement plan and 8 company paid holidays. Sick pay and 2 weeks vacation after 6 months employment. Resident Managers work from 9am to 4pm with 1 hour for lunch and are on call one week out of every four.
