We help our customers move the world.Siemens Mobility Customer Service is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for our McClellan, CA facility to coordinate the preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery, tool crib management, ordering of tools, and supporting our production staff as needed.Responsibilities:Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures and ensures achieving agreed performance standards.

Oversees and monitors maintenance procedures.

Plans resources and routine maintenance projects.

Responsible for maintenance of plant equipment.

Supervises some operational processes/initiatives and leads employees in the team assigned.

Uses corporate Purchase Card and creates purchase orders/purchase requisitions to procure facilities needs, office needs, tools, and other production needs

Works with contractors to initiate, if necessary, and see facilities and maintenance projects to completion

Leads/supports 5S programs

Handles consumable inventories and works with VMI vendors to ensure the upkeep of inventory levels

Manages the Tool Crib (s) supporting all buildings and projects

Responsible for maintaining calibration of tools and equipment and records

Requirements:5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility

High School Diploma or GED required. AA degree in a related field preferred.
