Construction Worker w/ Plumbing & Electrical Experience
Position: Permanent Full-Time Hourly
Reports To: Operations Manager/ Owner

Location: Escondido, CA
Rate: $18-$24/hour, DOE
Water Innovations, Inc., is a growing and dynamic company that engineers, manufactures, installs, and supports industrial water treatment systems with programmable automation control (PAC). Established in 2005 with a stellar reputation and an established market presence, we seek an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Worker with Plumbing & Electrical Experience to join our company. In this position you will be working closely with the owner, operations manager, manufacturing and engineering teams.
Job Tasks and Duties
Plumbing PVC pipe & fittings to build water treatment systems
Wiring of control panels to water quality electrical components
Blasting and painting system metal frames in blast and paint booth with protective suit
Support Manufacturing with system assembly and testing
Support Operations Manager with Installation of Water Treatment Systems
Requires occasional on-call after-hours support.
Periodic travel for 2-8 weeks at job sites to complete system installations
Operate necessary hand and power tools required.
Be familiar with electrical control components.
Ability to read in interpret electrical schematics and Piping & Instruments Diagrams (P&ID).
Understanding, interpreting and following procedures, standards and regulations.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma.
Trade School/On-the-job training for electrical experience (preferred)
Candidate Requirements
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift 80 – 100-lbs on a regular basis.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Follow instructions from Owner/Senior Systems Engineer, and Operations Manager
Assemble PVC pipe and fittings
Electrical experience and knowledge of acceptable practices, techniques, and codes
Plumbing experience preferred
Proactive, solution-focused, and hands on work ethic
Strong team-oriented mentality
Self-motivated including understanding and practice of timeliness at the workplace
