Child Development Associate (part-time)

San Rafael child care looking for an energetic, quick learner to assist with care of children from 3 months-5 year olds. Fun individual with a passion for working with young children, current CPR/First Aid, and negative TB test is encouraged to apply! ECE units are a plus. Students welcome! The position is part-time Mon.-Fri. 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Certain flexibility with hours is required. Please respond with your resume/contact information attached.

Professional Requirements Include:

Ability to pass/obtain DOJ, FBI and Child Abuse Index Clearance

TB Test Clearance

CA driver's license and clear driver's record

Ability to work with both infants and preschool age children

Ability to work in a team teaching situation

Ability to handle children during transition times with patience and care

Personal Qualities:

Must possess common sense, good judgment and sense of humor

Must be reliable and prompt

Must have patience and endurance to work with young children

Must be flexible with schedule and assigned tasks

Must be able to work in dynamic environment
