Real Estate Agent Needed
Hello!
I’m looking for a real estate agent to help me with my Real Estate Flipping business.
No experience required. I don’t care if you are brand new or a seasoned pro to the real estate game. Looking for someone to earn a few extra bucks and work at their own pace.
Job description will include but limited to:
Site visits to property
Meeting contractors at property
Preparing comps
Taking pictures and emailing them to me.
100% commission-based pay. Pay will average around $50-75 per hr.
There are a few MUSTS…
You must have MLS access
You must be able to work on weekends
You must be able to run Comps
Must be able to take pictures and email them
Preferable:
Have a great knowledge of construction costs and repairs
