Energyscapes is hiring Landscape Technicians to support our commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and winter snow removal operations. This is a hands-on field role for individuals who take pride in quality work, reliability, and teamwork.

Role Overview
As a Landscape Technician, you will perform commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement work during the growing season and support snow removal operations during the winter.
This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in changing conditions.
Primary Responsibilities
Landscape Operations
Perform commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, and bed maintenance
Assist with landscape enhancements such as plantings, mulch installation, and seasonal cleanups
Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Follow job instructions, safety standards, and quality expectations
Snow Removal Operations
Participate in snow and ice management during winter events
Shovel sidewalks, operate snow blowers, or support plow crews as assigned
Be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events
Maintain professionalism and safety during winter operations
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
Dependable transportation and punctuality
Willingness to work flexible hours during snow events
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Prior commercial landscape or snow removal experience
Equipment operation experience
Spanish or bilingual skills are a plus
Training is provided for the right attitude and work ethic.
