Job Description

The Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of discrete elements of an IT program; provides leadership and guidance to specialized IT policy development; author’s final reports; gives presentations to high level managers and Congress; and completes other program elements that require specialized IT expertise.

Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Azure Active Directory and CFTC M365 Services, Currently Exchange and Teams Support deployment of M365 infrastructure as required to support future deployments. Support the future implementation of OneDrive Handle technical related escalations from service desk, system administrators and project staff Understand and support the user experience through service desk coordination and enablement of request and restoration activities Lead the discussions to coordinate integration and migration planning

Qualifications

-12 years and Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 14 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree

-Prior hands on experience supporting solutions with M365 with Teams and Outlook integration with pass-through authentication

-Prior O365 and OneDrive migration experience

Additional Information

-Must have, or be able to obtain, a Public Trust clearance.

-Work may be remote now, but eventually onsite.
