Our client in DC is seeking a professional, driven, and results-oriented Recruiter to join their team.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.   • Support the full recruitment life cycle
  • Post job ads, search internet and databases
  • Network and qualify candidates
  • Screen and interview prospective candidates
  • Submit and review candidates with sales staff and customer
  • Help to negotiate salaries and satisfy customer needs
  • Respond to multiple orders and provide professional support
Requirements of the Recruiter:
  • Ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates
  • Ability to create and maintain long-lasting professional relationships
