Excel at managing and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting client expectations for creativity, quality, and accuracy
Think strategically to distill complex ideas into design solutions that meet the client's business needs while being able to articulate design decisions and receive and implement constructive feedback
Possess strong communication and writing skills and produce compelling deliverables
Demonstrate advanced technical design knowledge of layout, graphic art production, imagery, typography, visual hierarchy, color, legibility, and brand application
Demonstrate design thinking in the offering of innovative solutions and apply human-centered design principles to work products
Qualifications:A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to design, strategic communications, or change management consulting; U.S. Federal government consulting, in-house design department, and/or creative agency experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
Outstanding conceptual thinking and technical design skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and team members
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Advanced formatting skills in applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
A creative portfolio demonstrating experience delivering high-quality design and communication work products to C-Suite clients or customer
U.S. Citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance
