Vaco Technology - Systems Analyst

Vaco is looking for a Systems Analyst for a client of ours in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will collaborate with internal business units, and external customers to successfully bring the clients product lines to each environment. You will gather requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of business workflows and technical requirements. This role will work closely with the project manager to ensure the client's software is installed and configured according to contractual statement of work guidelines, as well as provide guidance and training to the customer while demonstrating outstanding communication, excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsJob Responsibilities:

  • Use case scenarios and technical interfaces and integrations.
  • Create product and project documentation. Train end users on the software to ensure their ability to use the software.
  • Ability to perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting software.
  • Perform internal quality assurance testing
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers and developers to help test, maintain and monitor software trends and work to implement solutions to address client issues.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively both internally with the implementation team as well as with clients.
  • Actively focus on and contribute to the success of the overall client experience.
  • Client user acceptance testing (UAT) and go live support.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience with system implementation, configuration, and business requirements gathering.
  • SQL Server experience and knowledge
  • Advanced SQL and server knowledge a plus
  • Basic understanding of Windows development techniques and Microsoft development tools/ environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Ability to work both in a team and alone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Comfortable gathering information from business users.
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%).
