Collabera is looking for Scrum Master for a very large healthcare company. This role will be responsible for clearing obstacles within the team. Establishing an enviorment where the team can be effective. Ensuring there is a good relationship with the team and stakeholders as well as protecting the team from outside interruptions. This person should have experience as an agile delivery leader, with a strong tech background. This person should have executive level communication with a lot of energy. This person should have a proven background as a strong program manager. Must Haves:
- Minimum 3+ years as scrum master
- Experience in agile environment
- someone who is detailed oriented
- Strong tech background
- SAFe Experience
