• Meet all contractual metrics such as SLAs, Project work, Reporting etc.
• Device life cycle management
• Work on Firmware upgrades of switches and Firewalls.
• Provide critical thinking to sophisticated problems in a 24/7, critical network environment.
• Automate the tasks as necessary
• Provide support and administration of customer firewalls and security appliances
• Investigating faults in the network
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation.
• Defines, documents, and enforces system standard

Must Have Skills

• Network fundamentals TCP / IP
• Experience in supporting Juniper SRX
• Experience in software and Hardware upgrades,
• Device life cycle management,
• Security rule / policy framework understanding
• Strong understanding of Junos concepts

Good to Have

• Experience in upgrading QFX firmware
• Experience in upgrading Nexus firmware
• JNCIA
• Firewall management platform JUNOS Space or Palo Alto Panorama.
