Position Purpose:

Position Purpose:The Manager, Content Project Management will focus on the program management & governance of all aspects of content creation and distribution. This role will provide project management support for cross-functional aspects of projects, systems, tools and processes and will work with multiple teams across our content supply chain including content Strategy, Product management, Creative Services, On Line Merchandising and Content Experiences to plan and manage implementation of content from conception through final product delivery and reporting and analysis.Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:50% - Manage Projects: Define & drive projects, managing key dates & communication for content development and distribution. Manage bottlenecks & escalations, anticipate & make trade-offs, balance the business needs vs technical constraints & maximize benefits to build great customer experiences. Develop documentation, attend/lead project meetings.

30% - Develop Partnerships: Deep understanding of the Content Supply Chain and CMS infrastructure that affects content development and deployment. Partner with product management to help drive prioritization of key features and functionality needed to create and distribute content.

20% - Communication and Alignment: Increase communication across content supply chain stakeholders - keeping everyone aligned & aware of any changes or risks to content delivery. Conduct frequent check-ins with all stakeholders. Communicate progress, demonstrate the operations of new features/functionality, collect feedback & identify gaps.

Nature and Scope:This position reports to the Director Creative HDC.This position has 4 direct reports.Environmental Job Requirements:Environment:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Additional Environmental Job Requirements:Standard Minimum Qualifications:Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Additional Minimum Qualifications:Education Required:The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.Years of Relevant Work Experience:5 yearsCertifications & Licenses:Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Additional Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of relevant work experience and background in content creation

PMP certification - Demonstrated success building buy-in for innovation
