Experienced Roofing Sales Manager
C&N Construction is currently seeking a motivated and Experienced Roofing Sales Managers interested in joining our industry-leading roofing sales team! We specialize in residential & commercial roofing systems in the greater Atlanta area. We are a local company and offer extremely competitive commission-based compensation along with a base salary! Our top performers earn well over six figures annually!
Primary job responsibilities include:
Manage C&N Sales Team
Motivate and lead team to meet sales goals
Ability to train team on products and sales process
Understand and assist in all aspects of Insurance process from start to finish
Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
At least 2-3 years of Roofing experience minimum
Knowledge of the insurance process
Open-minded with a passion to lead and motivate and mentor others
An articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
Salary and Benefits:
Average first-year draw / commission: $90,000 -$120,000
