This position will use WalkMe on the Digital Performance Support team to bring "in the moment" learning and guidance to State Farm applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile effort with Enterprise impact that touches all associates, including State Farm agents and their teams. The DPS team works with pace using agile principles to deliver value to business partners with continuous delivery.

  • Provides consulting services on technologies supporting performance-based solutions to business partners, stakeholders, and enterprise associates
  • Consults on technology issues, tools, processes, and solutions with HR&D leaders/analysts and business partners
  • Demonstrates appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of technology and/or business processes, enterprise risk activities, and associated issues
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with business partners/stakeholders
  • Maintains expertise in technologies that support human resources and development environments
QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have the following experiences/capabilities:
  • Knowledge of WalkMe required
  • Usage of other digital adoption tools a plus
  • An understanding of UI/UX, general web functions and standards to work across internal and external websites
  • Researches and applies new technology trends as it relates to web or solution development
  • Stays current on technologies and concepts relevant to databases, websites, networks, code development, media formats, and State Farm technology guidelines as applicable to core project responsibilities
  • Possesses expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's
  • Possesses knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve problems
  • Knowledge of and focus on the customer experience
