We believe that wherever learning flourishes so do people.Reports to the Director, CA Enrollment Counseling, managing a dual support model for families and school staff by maintaining and strengthening relationships among internal and external stakeholders while driving attainment of enrollment goals via lead capture, qualifying families, promoting benefits of our programs, and supporting families throughout the enrollment process. ​QualificationsAchieves regional enrollment operational objectives by contributing regional enrollment information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems

Partner with the Training/Quality Assurance, Workforce Planning & Reporting teams to accomplish regional enrollment objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

In partnership with Training and Quality Assurance and Enrollment Systems teams, actively reviews audits; identifies trends; determines regional enrollment system improvements; implements change.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

Successfully leads teams in customer onboarding/implementation and account management.

Evaluates and recommends process improvements for all employed and outsourced functions, facilitating best practice operations in the provider enrollment department.

Partner with HR to ensure that all enrollment team members performance is aligned with best practices as outlined by Pearson and Online Blended Learning division.
