Job Summary:Signature Consultants is seeking a Product Owner for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.Responsibilities:

• Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and user interface design for platform and product enhancements; activities to include business case analysis, obtaining acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documenting requirements along with prioritization, and working with technology team to deliver the enhancement that generates business value
• Support product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to rollout
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work and troubleshoot issues across an direct and indirect team of product managers and agile teams accountable for delivering customer and partner value
• With partners, define and analyze metrics to measure the success of our initiatives
• Translate between business requirements and technology specifications - in both directions: top-down and bottom-up

• Strong product instincts and a proven track record of building and shipping great product
• Creative, outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving approach at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology
• Track record of defining strategy, creating advocacy/alignment and being accountable for outcomes
• Deep planning skills with the ability to organize thematic work areas in deep detail with long term vision and iterative execution
• Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
• Exceptional communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or experience in delivering products or technology
