A very well-established start up located in beautiful downtown Chicago needs a multifaceted Python developer comfortable with infrastructure, Restful APIs, and cloud environments. The bulk of your work will be involved with fleshing out the server-side of the company's core financial platform. So, Python and Flask are a must. If you have experience working on building CI/CD Pipelines from scratch or containerizing a low latency, asynchronous application, we need to talk! Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of working with Python or Ruby
• Working with Flask
• Exposure to RESTful APIs
• JavaScript exposure
• Interest in Machine Learning
• Exposure to a cloud hosted environment
• Microservices

Desired Skills & Experience

• Docker for containerization
• Java experience is a plus (Pricing models are built in Java)
• Exposure to other Python frameworks
• CI/CD pipelining

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 60%: Server-side development
• 20%: Infrastructure development
• 20%: Front end development

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% Hands On
