Huxley Banking & Financial Services - (R) IT: Build & Release Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise build system and the infrastructure that powers it

    • Lead the design and development of our next generation CI/CD system
  • Modernize tooling to increase developer productivity and accelerate deployment

    • Automate operational tasks, streamline our processes to scale, and identify process and technology gaps
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with distributed build and CI systems for large scale products, spanning from build through to release
  • Hands-on experience building C applications and systems at scale, using technologies such as ClangC, CMake, Conan, Ninja, ccache, and distcc

    • Experience with continuous integration / continuous delivery platforms such as GitLab (preferred), Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and managing containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, Nomad) at scale
