Lighthouse Institute, a division of Chestnut Health Systems, is seeking a full-time Research Project Manager for our Chicago, IL facility.Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral and primary health care services. Over four decades, Chestnut has grown to over 700 committed, compassionate employees providing substance use, mental health and primary care treatment to patients in Central and Southern Illinois. We provide fully integrated care for all of our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Co-write or write grant and project proposals and project management proposals.

Comply with requirements of funding sources (e.g., submitting program plans, providing quarterly reports, final reports, etc.).

Facilitate the design, development and implementation of projects.

Monitor and enforce model-fidelity in multi-site studies.

Provide documentation of project meetings.

Utilize state of the art project management and evaluation techniques (e.g., GANTT charts, logic models, walker models, etc.).

Design and identify measurement tools.

Develop training guidelines and author manuals for end users regarding project implementation and/or evaluation measures (e.g., written or videotaped instructions).

Develop quality assurance and monitoring procedures for ensuring intervention and data quality and integrity, including prompting compliance with measurement schedules from staff and any sites.

Train site personnel in the use of all relevant interventions, process and outcome measures.

Provide verbal and written feedback to internal and external project stakeholders about evaluation findings.

Conduct literature reviews, complete professional presentations, and contribute to articles.

Serve as a consultant to LI staff working on other projects.

Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut’s behavioral standards for customer service.

Position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in social science or public health with demonstrated orientation to project management, a minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience in the research field, and proven grant writing skills.

Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
