Customer service is a top priority; it’s our job to turn that difficult situation around. The estimator follows job through entire process from initial greeting, handling all insurance related communications, overseeing parts ordering, keeps customer updated through process and quality controls the vehicle through repairs to final delivery.Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:At least one year of automotive Body Shop Estimator experience is requiredAutomotive dealership experience is preferredMust be detailed and efficient in writing a complete estimate and completing supplements when neededGood communication and customer service skillsOrganized with a good work ethic and problem-solving skillsStrong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) resultsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
