Heavy Equipment Road Technician/Mechanic

CMI Equipment Sales, Inc. is in the market for an experienced Heavy Equipment Road Technician to join our growing Service Department. We cover Tennessee and Kentucky, but the successful candidate will be based out of the Nashville area, therefore would need to live within commuting distance. The successful candidate will use a variety of tools and experience to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and install heavy equipment on municipal and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working with municipal equipment and hydraulics. The candidate will use work order management software to track time spent on each repair order. The best candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a mechanic / technician

- Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, welding

- CDL Class B license

- Must have own tools
