Part-time Morning Kitchen Assistant

We're looking for a positive team member to assist with serving breakfast to our 35 residents Wednesday through Friday mornings from 6:30 AM until 10:30 AM. Additional shifts may be available. Those who apply should enjoy working with older adults and have great communication skills.

This position will work with our Cook to ensure a timely and delicious breakfast meal. Some prep work may be involved, but if you are unfamiliar with the kitchen, we can help you gain these skills!

Duties include: pouring and setting out drinks for residents, helping clean the dining room and kitchen, putting away leftovers and labeling them, doing dishes, making coffee, taking breakfast orders and relaying them to the cook, accurately getting orders to residents, busing tables after the meal, vacuuming, mopping, and working as a team player with kitchen staff and managers.

Applicants will need to provide references and be able to pass a background check and drug test. COVID Vaccination is required for this position.
