first dry van pays .80 cpm or 350 per day on 1099 for solos, .85 cpm for teams for this 1099 you must have an llc or a corp however if you don't have it the company will do it for you at a cost of $150 deducted on your first paycheck

or .75 cpm or $325 per day on W2 plus per diem also for teams is .80 cpm ,that's one company

at least 1 year experience

company does have medical benefits, and a truck purchase plan once you have been with the company 6 months growing company, drivers average between 90 to 110 k per year

Home time variesfrom local to OTR

company is in broadview ,illinois

second company is reefer work

pays .75 cpm for solo and .85 cpm for teams, Or $2000 per week set salary as a company driver

but you also have an opportunity for lease purchase once you have been with the company at least 30 days

must have an llc or corp for lease purchase

at least 2 years experience

at least 2 weeks OTR

escrow for drivers is also 1200 , 100 per week for 12 weeks

escrow for lease purchase is $2500, 250 per week for 10 weeks

trucks are from 2015 and up automatic and standard for both companies

we pay for your flight, your hotel, and your transportation while you doing orientation, usually takes about day and a half for orientation and drug test to clear for both companies
