Looking for passionate and skilled individuals for the following positions:
Room Attendant - available to work 5 days a week, must have reliable transportation and willing to work weekends, holidays and special events.
Responsibilities include: Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Greet guests and take care of requests. Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishing. Vacuum carpets and floor care duties. Make beds and clean bathrooms.
Laundry Attendant:
Assist with stripping of dirty linen from the guest rooms as needed
Sort linens for washer
Remove stains from badly soiled linen
Dispose of linen and terry properly
Operate washers and dryers properly as well as ensuring that the correct chemicals are being used
Fold linens to hotel standards and keep stocked/organized designated places
Wash bed sheets, duvets, mattress pads, towels, and blankets in accordance with hotel standards
Keep laundry neat and clean
Assist housekeepers in the cleanliness of the hotel
Assist with cleaning and up-keeping of storage areas
All other duties assigned
Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor Positions
As a Front Desk Agent your main responsibilities will consist of: Anticipate guests and needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Hotel features/services, hours of operations, Room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures and scheduled daily group activities. Process all guest check-ins Verify registration card information with the guest. Accept and record wake-up call requests. Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery). Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping. Keep the front of house area clean and organized. The ideal Front Desk agent should have: Previous Hotel Front Desk experience a plus Proficiency with computers Great communication skills. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
