Dietary Aide - Part-Time

Must be knowledgeable of dietary services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services functions in the long-term care facility. Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Food and Nutrition Services department. Must be able to assist in daily cleaning duties. (i.e., sweeping, dishwashing, mopping). Must be able to serve meals and snacks in a timely manner. Must be able to properly set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc. Must be able to deliver food carts and trays and remove them when meal is finished. Must understand and follow company policies, including harassment and complaint procedures. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.:
