They will be responsible for direct assistance to the corporate talent acquisition team on a wide range of projects and activities that increase the overall effectiveness of the recruiting function, and other duties in support of the HR team.This is a full-time permanent position. This position will close on Tuesday, April 2nd. Finalists will be contacted.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

Post job requisitions on internal and external sites; mandatory compliance sites; LinkedIn; Devex; college career services offices, professional associations, and other position-specific job boards as needed.

In close coordination with corporate recruitment team, ensure completeness and accuracy of information entered into the corporate recruitment tracker.

Manage interview logistics, greet and escort candidates for interviews and coordinate movement in the building as needed.

Ensure the integrity of the data in the Recruitment Management System (RMS). Monitors performance; maintains and updates the RMS database.Provides RMS access as requested based on approved access parameter; troubleshoot when individuals are having difficulty with RMS; liaises with the Office of Information Management and Technology (OIMT) to communicate user problems.

Oversee process for identifying, designating and reviewing restricted files within RMS, working closely with HR management team to make changes as requested. Establishes and leads cyclical review of restricted files list and implements changes approved by VP, HR.

Support the preparation of the weekly staff change report, collecting information from multiple sources and issuing according to approved distribution channels.

Respond to e-mails from Taleo system. Provide Taleo access to employees as requested based on approved access parameters.

Assist with corporate recruitment career fair and outreach events including registration, preparation of materials, invitations, participating during the fair, and other duties as assigned.

Request new hire laptops from IT and proactively liaise with them to address any issues when they arise.

After a position is filled, ensure all necessary documents are saved in the appropriate folder(s) and move folder from Open to Closed folder.

Serve as a full-lifecycle recruiter for early career positions.

People Department Support

Provide general operational and logistical support to the VP People on department related logistical and administrative tasks such as coordination of team meetings and retreats and special project support.

Review and submit HR-related vendor invoices and purchase orders.

Conduct I-9 verification through e-Verify and ensure appropriate documentation is received to ensure eligibility to work in the U.S.

Provide strategic workforce planning assistance, and cyclical project support as needed.

Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Requirements:

Grade P2: Minimum of 1 years of relevant professional experience and a college degree. Equivalent

Must be self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency, impeccable customer service orientation, and ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven problem solver with demonstrated experience defining problems and offering solutions.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/competing deadlines simultaneously.

Able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal clients and external candidates, both verbally and in writing and tailor communication style to diverse audiences.

Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external clients from diverse backgrounds.

Able and willing to travel to any country where DAI currently operates or may wish to operate barring times when DAI Global Security has deemed travel unsafe.

Able and willing to adjust work schedule, if needed, to support teams located in different time zones/countries.

Demonstrated ability to work on diverse teams, create inclusive work environments, and work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred, but not required:

Working knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirement for federal contractors, preferred.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Taleo, and talent sourcing tools.

Experience working with HRIS.

Compensation & Benefits:For employees working the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $56,626 to $61,622. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.Eligible U.S. based employees, will be able to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, parental leave; as well as short- and long-term disability coverage.
