• Experience with AD, File share access provisioning
• Experience supporting Microsoft OS-Win 7, Win 10
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office apps-Office 365, Teams
• Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Mimecast
• Experience supporting Adobe
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Ability to support users on the phone as well as in person
• Knowledge of Imaging computers
• Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, Mobilepass, Intune
• Support of mobile devices, Iphone, Ipad
• Knowledge of Mac OS, hardware
• Experience in the use of Intune, Azure
• Webex, Zoom support experience
• Laptop (Dell) hardware support
• Other responsibilities as needed
