Hybrid / Cambridge, MA Requirements: 2-5 years of experience working in IT help-desk in a Windows / Mac mixed environment Experience with Cloud based applications Experience with Active Directory Great communication and strong multitasking ability Experience managing user's computers in a professional environment On-site flexibility to provide support for company members and resources as needed.
