DIRECT CLIENT URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR JAVA TECHNICAL LEAD W/ AWSOur Direct Client is looking for qualified JAVA AWS LEADThis is a 2yrs+ Contract and we are filling this position ASAP. 2 POSITIONS Job Description - JAVA Technical Lead:
- Bachelor's degree with more than 13 years' experience building commercial software.
- More than 3 years relevant technical lead experience.
- Strong fundamentals in Data structure and Algorithms
- Strong advocate of unit testing. TDD is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro services. NodeJS is a nice to have.
- Wider knowledge across Web and Development technologies, including but not limited to, XML/JSON, JDBC, RESTful Services, JBoss/Tomcat, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Strong experience with Web development technologies including AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3.
- Strong Experience with NoSQL databases. MongoDB is a plus.
- Experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS and setting up DevOps pipelines with Jenkins. AWS Certification is a plus.
- Ability to maintain resource allocation, timely communications and meeting deadlines for high profile projects.
- Demonstrated success in working with team members, including senior architects, analysts, and project managers, to design and estimate system implementation timelines and costs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to grasp emerging technologies quickly.
- Experience in insurance industry, a plus.
