Mortgage Servicing SpecialistChelmsford or MarlboroughDirect hire The Mortgage Servicing Team Member is responsible for ensuring the input, auditing and maintenance of all mortgage data. Essential Functions: Answer incoming phone calls, as part of a phone queue, to address member questions and requests.Input and book all mortgages on the servicing platform, quote and accept payoffs, and respond to various member servicing inquiries and requests.Perform file maintenance duties including, but not limited to: discharge research and preparation, loan corrections, subordinations, credit disputes, research GL variances, and loss draft processingComplete assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicate with members as needed.Assist and support functions for loan boarding and preparation of documents for loan sales.Process department inbound correspondence receive through e-mail, fax or standard mail.Perform support functions to ensure all closing and post-closing processes are complete.Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
