Preferred Qualifications ?
- 3 years of experience providing desktop support service to senior executives
- 3 years of direct customer service experience
- 3 years of support experience, troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- 2 years of management, leadership and administration experience
- 3 years of professional experience with current Windows and Apple operating systems and hardware, the Microsoft Office suite, enterprise email and communication tools
- Bachelor?s degree in a related technical field or equivalent technical training or experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
- Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
- Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with key area leaders to maintain service-level agreements and enhance client satisfaction
- Coordinate internal support of technology as needed to ensure the effective delivery of services in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure a team of support technicians are maintaining competence in areas related to support by planning and overseeing training as needed along with follow-up and coaching
