Calculation / preparation of data for field crews

Client relations and bidding / proposals for residential and commercial sites

Preliminary review of survey drawings

Main responsibilities to include:

Calculation / preparation of data for field crews

Client relations and bidding / proposals for residential and commercial sites

Preliminary review of survey drawings

Occasional field work as needed completing lot, boundary, ALTA surveys or topographic mapping

Required Skills:

AutoCAD Proficiency

Good communication (dealing with clients on phone and in person)

Minimum of 5 years experience in the survey field

Experience with calculating property boundaries and knowledge of Michigan surveying laws

Preferred (Not-required) Skills:

Proficient with Leica equipment and Captivate Software for data collection

Michigan Professional Surveying License or ability to obtain licensure within 2 years
